Winter Flurry Champions Are Crowned at Atlanta

Atlanta Motor Speedway buzzed with racing action Saturday afternoon following the E-Z-GO 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race, hosting a full slate of Legends, Bandolero and Roadster races.
        
Race winners Saturday were Skip Nichols (Masters), Matt Snider (Young Guns), Jake Armstrong (Semi-Pro), Ed Clark (Masters), Evan Swilling (Pro), Alex Coffey (Bandits) and Mason Massey (Young Lions).
          
Saturday’s races wrapped up the Winter Flurry series, which crowned both an Atlanta Motor Speedway and Georgia champion. AMS Winter Flurry champions include AMS President Ed Clark (Roadsters and Masters), Kason Plott (Bandits), Jarrett Smithley (Outlaws), Jake Armstrong (Semi-Pro), Justin Thomas (Young Lions), Anderson Bowen (Young Guns) and Donald McIntosh (Pro)
          
Other notable finishes from Saturday’s star-studded Roadster race include a second place finish from Bill Elliott development driver Casey Roderick, third from Joe Gibbs development driver Max Gresham and fourth from NASCAR legend Bill Elliott.
