Series PR Report

The United States Super Trucks National Series is excited to announce the final race of the 2010 National Championship Season will be at the Historic North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Carolina. The USST will be part of North Wilkesboro's Short Track Shootout Weekend on October 29th, 30, & 31st. We will crown the 2010 USST National Series Champion at one of racings most historic facilities, which is also in the back yard of many professional auto racing teams including most of the top NASCAR teams.

The North Wilkesboro Speedway was built in 1946 as a dirt track. Their first official race was held May 18, 1947, and it was part of the NASCAR circuit every year from 1949 to 1996. The re-opening of the track in 2010 under the leadership of Alton McBride has the attention of the entire auto racing community. You can probably expect to see some familiar and maybe even legendary faces in the garage area at North Wilkesboro in 2010. With tracks like O'Reilly Raceway Park, Nashville Super Speedway and Milwaukee Mile, adding North Wilkesboro to that list only broadens the opportunities our National Series Drivers have to show off their talent and skill. More information on this event will be available soon, check out www.usstracing.com for updates.
