It's December, But One Member Track is Still Running

The first weekend of December brings a light schedule in the American Speed Association.  Here is a look at what is happening.

Ace Speedway will celebrate their 2010 season this Saturday night with their Awards Banquet at the Holy Hill Mall in Burlington, NC.  Social hour will begin at 6 p.m. with Class Awards at 7 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m.  Championship presentations will follow the meal.  2010 Ace Speedway Champions are: Dustin Rumley, Late Models; Randy Butner, Modifieds; Boo Boo Dalton, Limiteds; Michael Tucker, Mini Stocks; and Ben Walker, Extremes.

David Reutimann will be here racing in the David Reutimann Foundation 50. The Gagel's Open Wheel Modifieds will be racing for 50 Laps in their Feature Event paying $1,000 to the Winner! Come see East Bay's finest as they try to hold off last year's winner, none other than David Reutimann himself. Also racing will be David's father, Buzzie Reutimann, and a host of others. And race fans, you will have 2 chances to win a Ride-A-Long with David in East Bay's 2 Seater Late Model. The Q Auto & Injury Limited Lated Models, Outlaw 4's, 4 Cylinder Bomber, and the popular Dirt Daubers will be racing as well Saturday night. Ticket Prices are Seniors 55 & up - $10.00; Adults - $12.00; Teens 13-17 - $7.00 and Kids 12 & Under Free (with Paying Adult). Gates open at 5:00 pm with Hot laps around 6:00 pm and the Action starts around 6:30 pm. So make your plans for THIS SATURDAY NIGHT here at The Clay By The Bay, East Bay Raceway Park.
