It's Banquet Time for Some, With Racing Still Going On Elsewhere

The 2010 Joe Gibbs Racing Oil ASA Member Track National Champion will be honored at his track banquet this weekend, the ASA Truck Series celebrates under the bright lights in Las Vegas, and racing action in Florida highlight this weekend's action within the American Speed Association.  Here is a look at what is happening this Saturday.

ASA TRUCK SERIES
(The South Point Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV)

Joey Licata will collect his second ASA Truck Series championship this Saturday night as the ASA Truck Series will celebrate their 2010 season at The South Point Hotel & Casino in fabulous Las Vegas, NV.  It will be a fun night with awards and prizes to be handed out.

DESOTO SUPER SPEEDWAY
(Bradenton, FL)

The Outlaw Modifieds, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Bombers, Flyin 4's, Magic 4's, Trophy Dash Cars and Mini Stocks will be in action.  Plus, all feature winners will get a free turkey for Thanksgiving.  Gates open at 5:00 p.m. with racing starting at 7:00 p.m.

EAST BAY RACEWAY PARK
(Tampa, FL)

ASA Sanctioned racing returns to East Bay Raceway Park on Saturday, November 20, 2010 with the Racecar Engineering Late Model's, East Bay Sprints, Limited Late Models, Precision Kia of Wesley Chapel Street Stocks and Motorstats.com 4 cylinder bombers.  Also, the First Annual South Shore Music Festival at the Clay by the Bay is this Saturday as well.  Visit southshoremusicfest.com for more information.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN RACEWAYS

2010 Joe Gibbs Driven Racing Oil ASA Member Track National Champion Bryan Wordelman will receive his 2010 Maverik Modified track championship award this Saturday night during RMR's 2010 Championship Banquet.  Also collecting 2010 Championships are: Matthew Webster (F-8), Chuck Groat (Focus Midgets), Guy Sainsbury (Hornet), Steven Jones (Late Model), Sean Flynn (Legend), Kori Combs (Mini Cup), Jerry Rice (Pro Truck), Jim Wysong (Sprint), Barry Egolf (Super Stock), and Train Six Feet Under (Train).
