PR Report

The Wolverine state is set to play host to the largest Outlaw Late Model race in the entire nation tonight, Wednesday August 12. The Kalamazoo Speedway, situated in southwestern lower Michigan, will be filled with race fans from around the Midwest, as well as a star-studded field of drivers who are seeking the $10,000-to-win check.

Speed 51 Radio proudly announced last week on our weekly show, that the event will be broadcast live through our partner RaceTalkRadio.com. Race fans that are unable to attend the race, can now listen to live flag-to-flag coverage of the 150-lap feature. Jeff Striegle, who does work for MRN Radio, will be joined by Speed51.com's Kevin Striegle for the race broadcast call.

Eight time consecutive Kalamazoo track champion Andy Bozell will be looking to win his career fifth Klash event. Defending winner Terry Senneker has been on a tear of late, winning Saturday's Klash tune-up.

Drivers from surrounding tracks are expected to be a threat for victory, including defending CRA Super Series Champion Scott Hantz. Berlin Raceway regulars Billy and Nick Shotko, Terry VanHaitsma, Ross Meeuwsen, and Caleb Bisacky have all entered. Other drivers to watch for include Andy Ponstein, John Delarye, Jack Landis, Dave Sensiba, Brian Cloud and many others.

You can follow all the action tonight beginning at 7:00 p.m. eastern, immediately following Speed 51 Radio on RaceTalkRadio.com.
