Friday, October 31st, 7:40pm ET - A few promoter options have been added to the CRA Super Series field for tomorrow.  Logan Ruffin, Gary Helton, Dennis Schoenfeld, Josh Krug, John Coffman and Joe Ross all received starting spots from this avenue.  Eddie Hoffman and Jeff Berg were offered promoter options, but their machines will not be ready to race tomorrow so they declined the offer.

That wraps up our coverage from Music City Motorplex today.  Join us tomorrow for the feature races from the All American 400 weekend.

Friday, October 31st, 7:05pm ET - Jake Ryan won the last chance race for the CRA Super Series over Keith Gardner, Travis Sauter, Jack Landis, Heath Hindman and Steve Arpin.  Those drivers all made it into the starting field for tomorrow's race.

Those who appear to not be making the field are Dennis Schoenfeld, Eddie Hoffman, Josh Krug, Logan Ruffin, Gary Helton, Joe Ross, John Coffman and Jeff Berg.

Friday, October 31st, 6:59pm ET - Dennis Schoenfeld has been spun out of a transfer position in the last chance race by Gary Helton.  Both drivers are now going to the rear of the field for the resulting restart.  Schoenfeld for the spin and Helton for his role with the contact that caused the spin.

Ironically, this put Schoenfeld's teammate Steve Arpin into a transfer spot.

Friday, October 31st, 6:55pm CT - Joe Ross has looped his #27 to bring out the caution in the CRA Super Series last chance race.  There has been no change in the top six.  There are five laps to go in this race.

Friday, October 31st, 6:55pm CT - Jeff Lane, Robert Maynor and Kenny Tweedy have all pulled into the pits.  All three will get provisional starting spots for the CRA race.  That means that the battle for a top six finish on the racetrack is now simple - if you don't finish in one of those spots, you go home tonight.  If you do, you get to race tomorrow.

Right now, Jake Ryan leads over Keith Gardner, Travis Sauter, Jack Landis, Heath Hindman and Dennis Schoenfeld.

Friday, October 31st, 6:50pm CT - Eddie Hoffman has coasted into the pits on lap one of the CRA Last Chance race. Things aren't looking good for his #8 team.  2008 CRA Super Series champion Scott Hantz also pulled into the pits, but is locked into the field for the main event thanks to the four provisionals available.

Friday, October 31st, 5:25pm CT - They've been having a hard time getting Jonathan Eilen'sname right here today.  He's been referred to on the qualifying order and by the track announcer as John Allen.  But the ASA Midwest Tour standout got the last laugh in qualifying.  He made sure that everyone knew his name when he set fast time for the ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour portion of the All-American 400 weekend at Nashville's Music City Motorplex.

The scary thing is that Eilen feels better about the race than he did for qualifying.

"The car was something else out there," said Eilen.  "But, I think that it is even better on long runs.  I surprised myself running that lap and I'm really looking forward to the race."

We'll have a full rundown of qualifying for the ASA SAT when it is available.

Friday, October 31st, 5:10pm CT - The next driver in the qualifying order, Skip McCord, half-spun his car up into the turn four wall on his warm up lap.  The #32 machine appears to have heavy damage to the rear bodywork and rear end areas.

Friday, October 31st, 5:00pm CT - Bobby Buttray looped his #98 on his qualifying lap for the ASA RC Cola/Moon Pie Southeast Asphalt Tour race.  He spunb out of turn two and the car came completely around and ended up driver's side first against the outside retaining wall. Buttray is okay.  His car is not.

Thursday was an optional practice day for both races.  The biggest news of the day came when CRA Super Series standout Eddie Van Meter crashed in turn two and heavily damaged his #23 machine.  He has withdrawn from the event.

Here is the track schedule for today.  Right now, the CRA Super Series is practicing.  There have been no major on-track incidents yet today.  The #9 (Kyle Calmes) and #21 (Gary Pedley) ASA cars both spun in their session.  The #9 hit the outside wall with minor damage.  The #21 went around without hitting anything.
