Who Won and What Happened
ACT -  After a wild event last week at the Milkbowl, the American-Canadian Tour headed to Oxford Plains Speedway (ME) for the "New England Dodge Dealers 150" event.  Scott Dragon looked to have the win locked up, but Doug Coombs spun directly in front of the leaders, collecting Dragon with just nine laps left.  That gave the lead to Travis Adams, who drove on to win the race. 1) Adams 2) Roger Brown 3) Donald Theetge  4) Dragon  5) Eddie MacDonald

ASA Late Models North Series - The 10th and final ASA Late Model Series Northern Division Race of the 2007 Season is now complete.  Multi-time Oktoberfest Feature Winner Eddie Hoffman passed 19-year-old Nick Neville on Lap 34 and held off fast qualifier Jacob Goede to score his third ASALMS Northern Division win in 2007.  Trent Snyder finished 10th, clinching the 2007 ASALMS Northern Division Championship, his first career title. 1) Hoffman  2) Goede  3) Neville  4) Jeremy Miller  5) Jim Duchow

ASA Late Models South Series - The ASA Late Model Series Southern Division race scheduled at Desoto Super Speedway (FL) was cancelled at the facility.  Many rumors are swirling around as to why, but the drivers were told at the track after a situation arose between the track and the series that the race would be cancelled effective immediately. 

According the the ASALMS, all teams that were in attendance at Desoto will receive "Show-Up" points.  The race will not be rescheduled at the Desoto facility, but the race itself will be rescheduled at the South Georgia Motorsports Park (GA) in November on a date yet to be announced.

NASCAR WSMT - The season finale for the Whelen Southern Modified Tour took place Saturday night at Caraway Speedway.  Earlier this season, L.W. Miller was the dominator at the track, but being the points leader, the last two events of the year he has seemed to be in championship mode. 

While Miller cruised to a sixth-place finish, it was Brian Lofton once again taking the victory in a fairly uneventful race.  Tim Brown did everything he could to try to take the race win and the championship, but was forced to finish second in both situations.  1) Lofton   2) Brown   3) Frank Fleming   4) Jason Myers   5) Brian Pack

PASS North - The Pro All Stars Series (PASS) North Super Late Model portion of Saturday night’s show at All-Star Speedway (NH) was rained out. 

After two rain delays, the PASS North Super Late Models were set to run the final scheduled feature race of the evening, but another heavy band of showers came over the track during pace laps, just as the field was given the one to go signal in preparation of the race’s start.  The rain continued, forcing track and series officials to pull the plug on the show just before 11pm.

Details regarding the race’s official status, purse and tire procedures will be decided upon and announced by PASS officials early this week.

Super Late Models - Steve Holzhausen beat Dan Fredrickson for the win in Friday night's Dick Trickle 99, a Friday night race made up of three segments, at LaCross Fairgrounds Raceway.   1) Steve Holzhausen  2) Dan Fredrickson  3) Steve Carlson  4) Blake Horstman  5) Mark Eswein

True Value Modifieds - Vinnie Annarummo of Swansea, Mass. passed Kirk Alexander of Swanzey, N.H with just three laps remaining to win the D. Anthony Venditti Memorial Festival of Racing True Value Modified Series 100 lap event at Seekonk Speedway. Alexander’s second place finish clinched the 2007 series point championship.  It was the third win at Seekonk this season for Annarummo.  1) Annarummo  2) Alexander  3) Dick Houlihan  4) Chris Pasteryak  5) Rob Goodenough

Redneck - Todd Bradburry’s “Superman” took his second win in a row Saturday at Concord Motorsport Park (NC) in the Redneck Racing Series event.  1) Bradburry “Superman”  2) Shaun Mangum  “The Big Show”   3) Jeff Melton "Airforce One"  4) Chris Player "The Big Show II"  5) Rusty Drye "Vigilante

UARA-STARS Late Models - The UARA-STARS drivers headed to Greenville-Pickens Speedway (SC) for one of their final three race events of the season. USAR Pro Cup - Myrtle Beach Speedway (SC) was the site of Saturday's Pro Cup series event.  Trevor Bayne was able to grab the win in a wild finish.  Bayne got into the back of Ben Stancill going into turn one on the last lap and then helf off Stancill and Mike Garvey at the finish.
