ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour to Hold Informational Meeting Jan. 5th
Teams, Owners and Drivers Will Have a Chance to Talk Rules, Meet Officials
Officials with the newly formed ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour announced today they have scheduled an informational meeting for prospective teams, owners, drivers and more. It will be the first chance for many of the Southeast’s top Late Model teams to get a first-hand account of the rules, television package, schedule and other general information on the series leading into its debut season in 2008.
The informational meeting will take place on Saturday, January 5th at 1pm at the Georgia Mountain Center in Gainesville, Georgia.
“This is something that is very important for us to do because we want everyone to know that we are very open and up front with our racers,” said Stan Narrison, Promotion Manager for the ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour. “We want to introduce our staff to everyone as well. And this will be a perfect forum for the racers and owners out there to get any questions they may have about our new series out in the open and get good, honest answers.
“We understand when you start a new series, there are going to be plenty of questions. That is why a meeting like this is so important. With all of the press releases we’ve put out, and a lot of the talk that is going on around the racing circles, we are sure people have plenty of questions. This will be a good and effective way for us to handle those questions in the most professional manner possible.”
The meeting will be in an open format and will allow all in attendance to ask any questions of ASA Southeast Asphalt Tour officials.
Directions to the Georgia Mountain Center in Gainesville, Georgia can be found by following http://www.gainesville.org/citydepartments.georgiamountainscenter.directions.asp
Those wishing to attend the meeting are asked to please RSVP to Stan Narrison by either emailing him at email@example.com or calling 678-910-7726. Please plan to indicate the number of people that will be attending when either emailing or calling.
