Whorff at Speedweeks, Racin' Preview Set and More
”We decided at the last minute to come down here,” said Whorff. “It was probably the Friday before we decided to come down. We just wanted to have some fun. We ended up running three or four races. We did a lot better than we did last year. We finished sixth the other night, but we had some motor problems.
“We all had a lot of fun and that’s what we wanted to do. We didn’t get the results that we wanted to get, though. When you come down here to Speedweeks you’re running with the best drivers in the country. Even though we didn’t get the results we still had a good time and it was good just to get a head start on the season.”
Whorff will compete at Oxford Plains Speedway in the #00 car this season.

BUSCH NORTH BOY MAKES GOOD IN DAYTONA 500
Marc Puchalski must be getting used to some pretty big victory celebrations.
In 2005, Puchalski was a member of the championship-winning NASCAR Busch North team of Grizco Racing and Andy Santerre. As impressive as Santerre’s two 2005 victories and championship were though, Puchalski topped that this past weekend.
Puchalski was part of the winning Daytona 500 team of Hendrick Motorsports and driver Jimmie Johnson. He is part of the raceday crew that prepares the #48 Chevrolet in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series.
There are all kinds of racing machine that will be on display at the annual Racin' Preview. (51)
