Website Reaches Out To New Avenue with Popular MPD Programs
The winner of the award will come away with a $5,000 prize package that will include $500 cash, a trophy and a certificate for a free web design to the winner from Speed51.com.  Voting for the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series Most Popular Driver will begin on July 1st and run through December 1st.

The winner will also join the likes of several prominent
Clay Rogers, the 2004 Pro Cup Champion, will be a favorite for the Most Popular Driver in 2005.
Like always, the fans will have the final say in the award, which will be handed out at the Pro Cup Series Banquet at the end of the year.

Voting for the prestigious award will be held on Speed51.com.  Like always, fans will be encouraged to vote as often as they like, but they can only vote once per day.  A name and valid email address are required to vote for the award.

With the Pro Cup Series unique regular season and post-season format, eligible drivers will have to compete in at least five of the first seven races in their respective division.  That competitor then must qualify for the Four Champions Championship Series and attempt to run all of the final five races.  If the competitor is on the initial ballot and doesn't run Championship Series, their votes will not be counted.
During the past several years, the Speed51.com Most Popular Driver Award programs have become some of the most sought after post-season awards in all of Short Track Racing.  This year, the competitors of the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series will be vying for the title in their series as well.  Speed51.com and the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series will team up to award the 2005 “USAR Hooters Pro Cup Series Most Popular Driver presented by Speed51.com.”
